To book an order, please first Register on our website www.viknick.comÂ
*First-time renters need to go through our KYC (Know Your Customer) process and must visit our office in person to finalize it before their first order.
*The KYC process varies depending on the products.
*Please call us to learn about the KYC process for your specific order.
*After your KYC is complete, customers can place orders by phone or online at www.viknick.com after logging into their account.
Returning Customers who have their KYC done can opt for “Home Delivery” option for their orders.
*Once your KYC is complete, you can choose the home delivery option for future orders.
Things to remember!
*Viknick has a real-time inventory for all products listed on our website. Products can be booked at any time by any registered and KYC-verified customer. Please be aware that ordering by phone may cause a slight processing delay, and during this time, a product’s availability may be subject to change based on our inventory.
*Once you are a registered and KYC-verified customer, we encourage you to book orders online. This will minimize the risk of a product becoming unavailable and will ensure the fastest processing time.
*A refundable security deposit is required for all orders. The full deposit will be returned upon the successful return of all rented items in their original condition.
