If you find a lower price on an identical, in-stock item (same booking dates) from an eligible competitor (recognized Brand with Online Rental website and Physical Store presence in Tricity Chandigarh), we’ll match it!

How to Request a Price Match:

              Price Match is only applicable before the booking of rental products. After booking or during the rental period, no price match is Applicable. Price Match is not applicable during National or Local Festival season or Holidays.

  1. Find a lower price: Locate an identical item (same brand, model, color, size, and condition) currently in stock at an eligible competitor.
  2. Gather your proof: Make sure you have the competitor’s active advertisement, website link, or clear screenshot showing the lower price.
  3. Contact Us: Before Renting, contact our Customer Service team via Phone Number with the competitor’s information.
  4. Verification: Our team will quickly verify the competitor’s price and eligibility.
  5. Enjoy the savings! Once verified, we will adjust your price. (Depending on the availability of the product for required dates by customer)

Our Price Match Policy Details:

  • Eligible Competitors: We match prices from recognized “online retailers,” who has physical stores in Tri-city Chandigarh.
  • Identical Item: The item must be exactly the same (new condition, same size, color, model, etc.) and in stock at the competitor at the time(specific rental dates) of the price match request.
  • Proof Required: A valid URL to the competitor’s product page showing the current price, or a clear advertisement for the required rental time period, is required for verification.
  • Discretion: Even all the T&C are fulfilled but still Renting Discretion and final decision will depend on Viknick Services India private limited representative.
  • Exclusions Apply: Our price match policy does NOT apply to:
    • Typographical errors.
    • Prices from marketplace sellers (e.g., Amazon, third-party, eBay, etc.).
    • Goof-of-business sales, closeouts, limited-time doorbuster offers, or liquidation sales.
    • Refurbished, used, open-box, or damaged items.
    • Bundle offers, rebates, or free offers.
    • Items that are out of stock at the competitor.
    • Competitor loyalty programs, membership discounts, or credit offers.
    • Products sold or rented online who has physical and online retail stores in Tri-city Chandigarh only.
  • Limitations: We reserve the right to limit the quantity of price-matched items. Our price match guarantee is subject to change at any time without prior notice.
